RavenMail utilizes the Google Apps for Education platform available to Universities.  It is a web-based suite of email and productivity tools hosted by Google that provide use of email, calendar, docs, sites, picasa, blogger, and many more services.

Your contacts include ALL AU students, faculty and staff as well as your own personal contacts.


Schedule group sessions with other students, create a to-do list and check off when completed.


Collaborate with other students on projects, create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and drawings without the need for Microsoft Office or upload a previously created document.  As a Google Doc you will have access to them anywhere you have access to email.

To save an email as a Google Doc; Choose Print; then click the "CHANGE" button to change your printer.  At the bottom of the printer list should be an option to "Save to Google Drive".  Print to "Save to Google Drive"
