| Bio: Alex Aved, a native of northern California, completed his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science at Anderson University while working as a junior analyst/programmer for ITS. He recently received a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Ball State University. Alex takes primary responsibility for supporting the Admissions Office, our academic web environment, and serves as lead analyst in the development of on-line registration for students. Outside of computers, Alex is interested in football and is the official cameraman for videotaping games for post-game analysis. |

| Bio:
Patsy Baker joined Anderson University in 1992. She is the "voice of
ITS" and carries primary responsibility for getting telephone calls and
help desk request to the right person. She managers all system-level
printing, distribution of reports to offices, and daily backups on our
minicomputers. Additionally, she oversees the test scanning services
offered by ITS. |

| Bio:
Wayne returned to Anderson University campus in May of 2001 after graduating in
1983. With over 20 years experience in the computer industry, Wayne brings
needed expertise in managing and growing our campus network. Prior to
returning to Anderson, Wayne served as the Information Systems Manager for
Avionics Specialties, Inc., an aerospace manufacturing firm in Virginia. |

| Bio:
Rick Campbell is a 1973 BA graduate with a degree in religion and
sociology. Since 1979 he has been employed in a variety of positions as a
programmer, systems analyst, and director of Computing Services. His
involvement in student information processing has extended from Admissions all
the way through to Alumni. In the early 90's he supervised an
institutional strategic initiative to completely upgrade the information system
of A.U. Currently Rick serves as the Senior Systems Analyst for
Information Technology Services focusing on the migration of the administrative
system to web based access and a new hardware/operating system platform during
2002-2005. |

| Bio:
Marc Etchison is a 1993 Anderson University graduate with a BA in Computer
Science/Math. He returned to AU in the fall of 2000 after working in the
aviation industry for six years. He primarily supports the Registrar's
Office and serves as the administrator of the AdAstra classroom scheduling
software. Marc is also an assistant coach for the Anderson University
Football Team |

| Bio:
James Gray came to the Anderson University Information Technology Services
Department in October 2000 to provide campus-wide desktop support and manage the
student desktop support staff. In late 2001, he moved over to the Network
Administration area as a Network Engineer. His duties include campus-wide
network implementation, development, and support. |

| Bio:
Stuart Hilbert is a new face on the ITS staff. Over the
past four years Stuart has worked on the Student Support Staff
at ITS. After graduating with a degree in Computer
Science from Anderson University in May 2002 Stuart joined the
ITS staff as the Desktop Support Manager. In this role
he oversees and manages the Student Support Staff.
Stuart and the Student Support Staff help maintain all
computers on the Anderson University campus. Stuart is
currently working towards his Masters in Information and
Communication Sciences at Ball State University. In his
spare time, which there is not much of, Stuart enjoys reading about World War II, playing
sports and watching the Indianapolis Colts. |

| Bio: Kent Merideth came to Anderson University, December 7, 1987. Primary responsibilities were maintenance of the Honeywell energy management and security monitoring system, as well as maintenance of the “network” portion of the HP3000 administrative data processing system.
Miscellaneous responsibilities included maintenance of: analog telephone instruments, campus time recorders, installed PA systems, athletics scoreboards (indoor and outdoor) and lighting control panels. Presently, Kent is maintaining and expanding the Category 5 network cabling base; “cable jockey”. |

| Bio:
Noel Nitecki graduated from Anderson University in 1998. He returned in 2001 after spending three years in Indianapolis working as a software consultant. His duties includes systems support for the Student Financial Services office as well as the Department of Student Life. He also serves as an assistant coach for the Anderson University Men's Basketball team. |

| Bio:
Coming to Anderson University in 1987, Ronda Reemer worked in the Career Development office prior to moving to ITS in June 1996. As User Support Manager, Ronda creates and maintains network accounts for the University community and is responsible for purchasing computer systems, software and peripherals. She acts as liaison between faculty/staff and ITS personnel to resolve computer-related issues and supports network printers. |

| Bio: Janet Schmidt is a 1974 graduate of Anderson University with a degree in Business Administration. Anderson University has employed Jan since 1974 in a variety of positions. From 1977 through 1994, Jan was involved with the school of Business as an adjunct instructor teaching in the two-year secretarial administration program. In 1994, Jan joined the Information Technology Services area. Jan is currently responsible for managing the academic computing labs and supporting students as it relates to the network connectivity from the residence halls. |

| Bio:
Cindy Smith came to Anderson University from Anderson Public Library in 1986 to
manage the then-new student computer labs. In 1998, she became the
Director of the newly formed Information Technology Services department which
brought all computer services into one organizational unit. This
department works with the leadership of Anderson University to implement the strategic
vision of technology on campus. |

Sue Whittington came to Anderson University in 2000 after retiring from the federal government as a Computer Specialist. She spent one year in Human Resources as the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator before joining ITS as a Programer/Analyst. She provides system support for Anderson University's Business Office, Human Resources, and the student billing process.
