Information Technology Services enhances the Anderson University experience by providing excellent resources and support to meet the technology needs of students, faculty, staff, and friends of the university.

ITS Knowledge Base: Search for answers to your questions in the new ITS Help Desk Knowledge Base at Find information on how to connect to the wireless network, install printers, and more in the many "how-do-I" articles found in the Knowledge Base.

Walk in Support: If you would like to speak with a support technician in person, you are welcome to visit our ITS office in the basement of Decker Hall (BOD), Room 54

Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Maintenance Hours

Thursday 4am - 7am

ITS will use the maintenance hours to perform any work necessary to keep the network and systems up to date and in good working order. This maintenance work will be done without prior notification to the AU community.

If you are unable to access a resource during maintenance hours, please try again after 7am.
